About Aloware
Aloware's integration connects your contact center with your CRM, keeping contact, communication, and ownership data synchronized across both platforms.
When you make or receive calls on Aloware, send SMS, or update contact information, the integration automatically logs activity and syncs data to your CRM. Calls are logged as tasks with recording links, messages appear in the Conversations tab and contact notes, and contact updates flow between platforms based on your configured sync settings.
You can also use Aloware as your SMS provider directly within your CRM, sending and receiving messages from the native conversation view without switching platforms.
