blueMSG - Usage-Based iMessage, No Subscription

blueMSG is a business messaging integration that brings iMessage into your CRM and automation workflows. We are an integration with the BlueBubbles.app free open-source application and we help relay your iMessages to/from your CRM.

How does this compare to X iMessage Service?
Other applications have monthly subscriptions to connect the exact same technology with different gray label names. If you are a user of a low-cost "unlimited" subscription review your messaging volume to see if our service is a good fit. We think our usage based pricing makes this service ideal for those with lower messaging volume especially if they have multiple multiple phones to connect.

Can I use this alongside my native phone system?
Yes! You can use our application as an additional provider and use our workflow actions to route messages. We support standard messages or threaded email style messages.


Do I have to connect my own hardware?
This is a 2 way synch integration with your personal iPhone device. It requires having an iPhone and a Mac computer.

What kind of synch modes do you have?
We offer a full/two-way synch which synchs all messages in and out of the phone or an "initiated" sync so that only the messages you started in the CRM are synched. We also offer a block mode for those wanting certain numbers to not synch but the rest to 2 way synch.

Does this have a monthly subscription?
No. We charge usage based per message/feature at rates shown to you in the app marketplace. We do offer a monthly subscription for a virtual machines if you prefer to run the app 24/7 on our server or you don't have a mac computer. Rates for that service are shown on installation of the app.

Is this hard to setup?
No. We have a visual setup guide to easily set this up within 10 minutes of installation. We also offer a route for experienced users to setup the app to help you rapidly deploy it self-hosted.

Can I move numbers/configurations to new accounts?
Yes. Simply delete the phone. Add it in the new account. Reinstall webhooks if needed or prompted.

Am I limited to the number of phones?
No. You can use unlimited phones.

What cool tech do you have?
It depends on the version of the API you are using which is explained inside the app. All versions support SMS, iMessage, Voice Messages, Rich File Support: Images, Videos, Files, etc.
