This Snapshot is easy to implement and provides ongoing value, helping all of your best team members add Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to your Knowledge Base (KB) asset.
This helps your KB become continually more valuable over time by regularly adding more training data to your KB, just by calling in!
Implementation Steps:
1. Create your KB (or open your existing KB), and copy its ID number from the URL.
2. Create your Private Integration Token (PIT) that has "view" and "add/edit" Knowledge Base permission.
3. Paste both of those into the Workflow step that hits the API to add a new FAQ to your KB.
4. Create your Voice AI chat widget (not text chat and not All-in-One chat)
5. Add that Voice AI chat widget into the included Funnel
6. Set your Funnel to a unique link (example.com/1234)
7. Add that Funnel URL to the included Trigger Link
8. Send the included Email Invite Template to the business' owner and/or your most trusted personnel (one or multiple).
Encourage those adding FAQs to call in regularly. For example, call in for 10 minutes each day, right before your lunch hour (no lunch until FAQs ;)
