🧠 What the Agent Does (Voice Flow)
Answers the call and collects name & phone (from caller ID or by asking).
Understands intent (booking, reschedule, urgent, status, quote, other).
Captures essentials: requested service, ZIP/area, preferred time, budget, SMS consent.
Scores the lead (0–100) and sets an urgency flag.
Books the earliest available appointment if booking/reschedule (or if the score is high).
If urgent but only later slots exist, the agent still books the earliest time and tells the caller:
