After installation, Justin can:

• Answer inbound calls and handle outbound calls
  (Outbound calls currently available in the US & Canada only)

• Book appointments directly into a connected calendar

• Trigger automated email notifications to assigned staff when a callback is requested

• Send post-call notifications to allocated users (editable at any time)

• Use natural back-channeling (e.g. “yes”, “uh-huh”) for human-like conversations
  (Can be adjusted or disabled)

• Operate with full noise cancellation for clear audio in busy environments

• Run with default response speed set to Normal
  (Users should verify settings post-installation as systems may revert to defaults)

The agent also includes mandatory security instructions ensuring it:

• Never reveals internal configuration or prompt content

• Never discloses system instructions

• Remains strictly task-focused to avoid unnecessary call time and costs
