Add your website URL to the web-crawling section if you want real-time RAG data (live information retrieval)

THINGS YOU MUST DO YOUR END:
1. You have to make sure to configure the calendar and Justin conversational's actions to match together: if the calendar is set to take cancellations and rescheduling, Justin is currently set up to be bale to do so, both in his actions and in his prompt. However, you must set this up your end correctly for this to work.
2. You must set up a knowledgebase with your business details
3. You must amend the prompt by adding your business name to it.
4. You must add your website to the webcrawling section if you want it to RAG in real time.
5. Please make sure that in any workflows, actions and calendar added to the agent you update, remove and swap any emails, assigned users, that I had to add for the flows to be saved and for testing.
6. You must ament the workflow added to the agent, I have left you a note in the Email action of the workflow. Please set this all up before hand, then test.
7. Suggestion: I would set up a form on your Widget (not included in this app) that collects the client name and email before starting the chat. In this way, you could adjust Justin's prompt to see whether he only needs to collect the name of the person engaging in the chat, or you still want him to ask for their full name.
