Available Action
Send Message – Send an SMS directly to one or multiple recipients through your Mobile Message account. This action supports customizable sender IDs, ensuring that your messages display a verified phone number or an approved alphanumeric brand name where allowed. You can include text content, Unicode characters, and dynamic placeholders for personalization.
How to Connect
In the side navigation of your platform, select Mobile Message Conversation Provider.
Click Configuration in the top navigation bar.
Enter the following credentials:
API Username
API Password
Sender / Phone Number / Originator (depending on your account setup and region).
To locate these credentials:
Log in to your Mobile Message Dashboard.
Go to the Account or API / Developer section where your integration credentials are listed.
If you wish to use a custom or alphanumeric sender ID, register it with Mobile Message as per their sender regulations for your country.
Ensure that your chosen phone number or sender ID is properly configured for the region(s) you plan to send messages to.
Save the configuration. Once validated, your connection will be active and ready to send messages using the Send Message action.
