Project Broadcast

The Project Broadcast Conversation Provider allows you to connect a Project Broadcast account to your CRM. This will allow you to send text messages through your own Project Broadcast phone number.

When sending any text message from your CRM it will be routed through your Project Broadcast number.

In order to activate this Conversation Provider you must follow the below directions

Once you connect the Project Broadcast app you will need to do the following:

1. Access the Settings area in your CRM.

3. Access the Phone Numbers area in settings.

4. Select Project Broadcast as the default SMS provider.

Now, when you send an SMS via the conversation window, bulk action, or workflow, it will be sent via Project Broadcast.
