How to Set up

1. Import Snapshot to your account

2. Select "Self Selling Sam" and add a phone number under "Phone & Availability". Do the same for "Demo Danny" as well

3. Select "Self Selling Sam" >> go to 'Agent Goals' and update 'Phone number to transfer to' under the action "Transfer call to demo agent" with "Demo Danny's" phone number and do the opposite on "Demo Danny" Agent goal transfer action so that both agents can transfer calls back and forth if needed.
   
   Once this is done, you are all set. For this to work perfectly give a call to "Self Selling Sam" first.

Does it use only native features?

What if a homepage has very little content?
The agent will work with what it has access to, and for information agent doesn't have access to will be conveyed to the team member via call summary email.

Can we run multiple demos in one call?
Absolutely. Agents can transfer back and forth, letting you test multiple URLs during the same session. But for best experience run one demo per call.

My Website info didn't get updated. Why?
The most probable causes are, the url captured has spelling mistake and failed to scrape. If spelling is correct, then the website contents were too large (more than 1mb) and failed to scrape. This is a system limitation.
