• Send a Batch Message – Send SMS messages to multiple recipients simultaneously, ideal for campaigns, reminders, and alerts.

• Get a Batch Message – Retrieve details or delivery status of previously sent message batches for tracking and reporting.

• Create a Group – Create contact groups to categorize recipients for easier management and targeted campaigns.

• Get a Group – Retrieve detailed information about existing groups, including group names and associated contacts.

How to Connect

1. In your platform’s side navigation, select Sinch SMS & Group Messaging Provider.

2. Click Configuration in the top navigation bar.

3. Enter the following credentials:

   • Service Plan ID

   • API Token

   • Phone Number / Sender Identity

4. To find your Service Plan ID and API Token:

   • Log in to your Sinch Customer Dashboard.

   • Navigate to SMS → Service APIs.

   • Find your Service Plan ID and click Show in the API Token column to reveal your key.

   • Copy both credentials for integration.

5. (Optional) Set up your Callback / Webhook URL under your selected Service Plan’s SMS settings to receive inbound messages or delivery reports in real time.

6. Save the configuration. Once credentials are verified, your system will be ready to send SMS messages in batches, manage contact groups, and retrieve message information securely and efficiently.
