Simply install Subaccount Sync once, configure in minutes, and your client database stays current automatically.
- Easily message or email all your subaccount owners
- Trigger automations on account status changes
- See all your subaccounts with plans & status
What gets synced
Every subaccount owner, admin or user (you choose) in your agency account becomes a contact in your chosen destination location, with these fields populated automatically:
- Subaccount name, account type (SaaS or Standard), plan name, account status, account age, user count, and website
- User name, email, phone, role (Owner, Admin, or User), and date added
All custom fields are created in your destination location automatically on first sync, so there's no manual setup required.
Key features
- Works for SaaS and Standard subaccounts – and shows you which is which
- Choose which users — you can select to sync only the primary admin, all admins, or every user per subaccount
- Smart deduplication — choose to merge users into one contact or create a separate contact per subaccount
- Scheduled sync — runs automatically every 24 hrs, or trigger a manual sync any time from the dashboard
- Deleted subaccount detection — contacts are automatically marked as Deleted when a subaccount is removed
- Secure — API keys are encrypted at rest and never shared
Requirements
- An Agency or SaaS level GHL account (with subaccounts, obviously)
- A GHL subaccount to use as your destination CRM (where you will see the synced contacts)
- Create a Private Integration API key from that subaccount (step-by-step instructions provided inside the app)
