Best for nurturing clients on subscription only. (like for Communities or Courses)

Each client will be added to the newsletter workflow corresponding to the month their subscription begins. These 16 workflows are configured exclusively for active subscriptions. You’ll need to create separate workflows to manage other subscription statuses such as overdue, cancelled, or paused, allowing you to control how newsletters are handled for clients whose subscriptions are no longer active.

When you install the snapshot, you’ll also receive the same tags that are preconfigured within the workflows. You may choose to keep and use these as they are, or replace them with your own by following the same trigger logic demonstrated in my instruction Loom video at the bottom of this page.

Additionally, please remember to set up favorite dates and customize the email content according to your preferences and schedule.
