The Telegram ChatBot widget allows you to connect with visitors using Telegram. It’s useful for sending quick replies, sharing helpful info, or walking users through automated steps—all inside the Telegram chat app. This helps you stay responsive and makes it easier for people to get the answers they need.
1. Start with a Template
What you’ll see:
Layout options like Basic Chat Setup, Support Bot, or Quick Reply Menu
A Continue with this template button
What to do:
Click a layout to preview how the bot will appear
Pick the one you want and click Continue to begin setup
2. Use the Editing Tabs
After selecting a layout, three main tabs help you set everything up:
Content – Add welcome messages, options, and replies
Style – Control how the chat widget looks
Settings – Decide how it works and when it appears
3. Customize Your ChatBot
Content Tab
Add the main parts of your bot here:
Start Message – Greet users with a custom message
Quick Replies – Add buttons like “Get Info” or “Talk to Support”
Reply Flows – Set what happens when a user clicks a button
Links & Actions – Direct users to a website, form, or next step
This tab helps guide users through common questions or tasks.
Style Tab
Change the look of the chat interface:
Colors & Fonts – Match your chat bubble to your site
Avatar & Header – Show a bot name or image
Chat Button Design – Pick the style of the Telegram launch icon
Position – Place the chat button in the corner or wherever fits best
These settings help the widget blend into your website design.
Settings Tab
Set how the bot behaves:
Trigger Rules – Choose when the bot should pop up (e.g., after a few seconds or on specific pages)
Visibility – Show the bot only on certain devices or for specific visitors
Offline Behavior – Decide what happens when you're not available
Custom Code – Add extra features with your own CSS or JavaScript
These options let you control when and how the chatbot runs.
