Setup Requirements
1. Telnyx Account: You'll need a Telnyx account with:
- Messaging profile configured
- Phone number(s) purchased
- A2P 10DLC registration (for US messaging)
2. CRM Account: Your CRM location(s) ready to connect
Quick Start
Important: You must create an account in the Telnyx Bridge app BEFORE connecting your CRM location.
1. Create an account - Sign up at the Telnyx Bridge app bridge.scaleautomatically.com (you'll be redirected after installation)
2. Connect your CRM location - Complete the OAuth flow to authorize the connection
3. Configure your Telnyx settings - Add your messaging profile and number mappings
4. Add Telnyx Inbound Webhook URL (Required) -
https://bridge.scaleautomatically.com/api/telnyx/inbound
Configure this in Telnyx Dashboard → Messaging → Messaging Profiles → Your Profile → Inbound tab
5. Start routing SMS messages! - Your messages will now route through Telnyx
Note: If you install from the CRM marketplace without an account, you'll be prompted to sign up or log in to complete the connection.
