How to Connect:
In the side navigation, select Twilio Conversation Provider.
Click Configuration in the top navigation bar.
Enter your Account SID, Auth Token, and Phone Number.
To find your Account SID & Auth Token:
Log in to your Twilio Dashboard (Console). Your Account SID is a 34-character string starting with “AC…”, and the Auth Token is shown in the Account Info section.
If Auth Token is hidden, click the eye icon to reveal it.
Make sure your Phone Number is active and supports the required channels (SMS, MMS, or voice) in Twilio.
Save the configuration. Once credentials are validated, you’ll be able to send/receive messages/calls and use triggers/actions instantly.
