How to Connect

1. In the side navigation, select UltraMsg Conversation Provider.

2. Click Configuration in the top navigation bar.

3. Enter your Instance ID, Token, and Phone Number / WhatsApp-sender Number / or any required fields.

4. To obtain these credentials:
     • Sign in to your UltraMsg dashboard.
     • Create or select an instance. UltraMsg uses “instance” as a unit for message sending & receiving.
     • Make sure the instance is authenticated (scanning QR code via WhatsApp Web as required).

5. Configure your webhook / callback URL to receive incoming messages or status updates (e.g. message delivered, read). You’ll need to enable settings like webhook_message_received, webhook_message_ack, etc.

6. Save the configuration. Once credentials are validated and the instance is active, your system will be able to send & receive WhatsApp messages, handle multimedia, fetch contacts, and trigger workflows based on message events.
