The Viber ChatBot widget helps you connect with users directly through Viber by automating replies and guiding conversations. It’s useful for answering questions, sharing updates, or leading people through simple steps—all within the Viber app.
1. Connect Your Viber Bot
What you’ll see:
A section to enter your Viber Bot Token
A button to connect or authenticate your bot
What to do:
Paste your bot token from Viber
Click Connect to link the widget to your Viber account
2. Use the Editing Tabs
Once connected, manage your chatbot using three tabs:
Content – Set up messages and flows
Style – Adjust how the chatbot appears
Settings – Control how and when it responds
3. Customize Your ChatBot
Content Tab
Here you can build your conversation:
Welcome Message – Greet users when they start chatting
Quick Replies – Add buttons for common actions or answers
Message Flows – Set up a sequence of automated responses
Media Support – Add images, links, or buttons for better interaction
Use this tab to help guide visitors through common questions or updates.
Style Tab
Change how the chatbot looks and feels:
Theme Color – Match the color with your brand
Font Options – Choose the text style
Chat Button Design – Customize how the chat icon appears on your site
This ensures your chatbot blends in with your site design.
Settings Tab
Control how the chatbot works:
Active Hours – Choose when the bot is available
Auto-Response Delay – Add a short pause before replies
Trigger Rules – Decide when the chatbot opens (e.g., time spent on site, button click)
Custom Code – Add extra features if needed (optional)
These settings help you manage how and when users interact with the bot.
