Integrate with VoodooSMS to send SMS messages to individuals or large contact lists, receive replies, track delivery status, and trigger workflows based on SMS events. Well suited for businesses, campaigns or platforms that want powerful SMS features without complexity.

How to Connect:

1. In the side navigation, select VoodooSMS Conversation Provider.

2. Click Configuration in the top navigation bar.

3. Enter your API Username, API Password, and Sender ID / Originator (must meet permitted format: number or up to 11 alphanumeric characters).

4. (Optional) Set a Default Country Code if most messages go to the same country. This helps with number formatting.

5. (Optional) Set up Quiet Times to prevent messages outside allowed hours.

6. If you plan to use Contact Lists: create or retrieve list IDs from the portal or via API.

7. If using WebSMS (upload via CSV/XLS): ensure you have your external file server (HTTP/SFTP) configured in your VoodooSMS account for WebSMS via API. Then specify the file name / location when invoking the WebSMS API.

8. Save configuration. Once credentials & required settings are validated, you’ll be able to send SMS, receive replies, schedule messages, and trigger workflows based on SMS events.
