The WhatsApp ChatBot widget lets you chat with visitors directly through WhatsApp. It helps you answer questions, offer support, and guide users using automated messages. It works well for any business that wants to stay connected and respond quickly through a familiar messaging app.
1. Connect Your WhatsApp Account
What you’ll see:
A place to enter your WhatsApp Business API or integration details
A Connect button to start the setup
What to do:
Add your WhatsApp credentials or API token
Click Connect to link the chatbot with your WhatsApp number
2. Use the Editing Tabs
After setup, you’ll see three tabs to manage your widget:
Content – Create and manage automated messages
Style – Customize the appearance of the chat button
Settings – Control how the chatbot behaves on your site
3. Customize Your WhatsApp ChatBot
Content Tab
Set up the replies and messages:
Welcome Message – First message users see when they open the chat
Quick Reply Buttons – Let users choose from common options
Message Sequences – Guide users through multiple questions or actions
Media Support – Add images, links, or buttons to your messages
Use this tab to automate responses and help visitors get quick answers.
Style Tab
Make the chat widget match your website:
Chat Button Style – Choose where and how the WhatsApp icon appears
Theme Colors – Match your brand colors
Font Options – Pick a readable and matching font
Size and Placement – Adjust how large the button is and where it shows up
This helps the widget look good and fit naturally on your pages.
Settings Tab
Manage how the chatbot works:
Trigger Rules – Choose when the chat appears (immediately, after a delay, on scroll, etc.)
Mobile Behavior – Make sure it works smoothly on phones and tablets
Response Timing – Add short pauses between messages to feel more natural
Custom Code – Use advanced options if needed (optional)
These settings help the chatbot work well for all users and situations.
